As popularity of its watersports brands skyrocketed and Slingshot Sports looked to launch new subsidiaries, it realized its Sage Peachtree software needed to go. The IT infrastructure in place wasn’t able to support its planned skateboard and watersport softgoods subsidiaries, nor the opening of a US-based manufacturing facility to build its products. Slingshot needed automated processes and an integrated view of business to scale with its strategic objectives.
